On the Needles Fri Aug 9, 2013

I started River Walk by Romi Hill, a shawl for Camp Loopy project 3, even though I thought I would never finish.  Matt leaves for college next weekend, and I will hopefully soon start a test knit sweater.  I am making great progress so far on the shawl, and maybe I will even finish it this month.  Many have pointed out to me that I might need the solace of my knitting when Matt goes, and perhaps that is true.

I am working on the last repeat of chart B, and getting excited because soon I can add the second color!  It is a paler pink, and I think the shawl will be quite pretty.
