Somehow I forgot how much nicer quilt piecing is on my mom's old Featherweight. I got it out this morning, and finished this block from the Something New Sampler and pieced a bunch of strips for my Scrappy Tripalong. It sews with a sound so familiar from my childhood, and makes the most beautiful straight stitch.
Somehow I also forgot that I was playing about 10 games of Words with Friends. I used to get a little number on the icon when it was my move, and it stopped doing that. So all of my games sat for a whole week. Oops!
