Instagram and the Sew Photo Hop

My Instagram account is not new, but it sat unused for a long time, with only 3 or 4 photos that I posted while trying to figure out how it all worked.  Then the other day, Fabrickated  posted that she was participating in an Instagram photo hop for the month of August.  This appealed to me for some reason and I decided to join in.  Many sewing bloggers are putting most of their in progress stuff on Instagram instead of their blog, so I want to be involved over there so I can follow along.

So far I have had to look up how to do every step I have tried.  Also, I am not very familiar with whatever etiquette is involved over there, so I hope I don't accidentally misbehave!
