For Christmas I got Socktopus, which is a book of sock patterns, plus a new set of sock needles. So of course on Christmas night I had to start a new pair of socks! The pattern is called Hundred Acre Wood and the yarn is Stroll Tonal from Knitpicks.

Head on over to Patchwork Times to see what others have on their needles!

I see you are knitting toe up socks. I am going to try that soon, and was wondering what your favorite toe is?

I do not generally knit toe up socks, but these were a Turkish cast on and I think the easiest time I have ever had withthe start of a toe up sock.

Getting knitting books and needles is just about the best gift ever. Enjoy! Nice job on the toe. Can't wait to see more.
