I cast on a shawl yesterday for my mother in law. It is called Weekend shawl, but there is no way I can knit a great big laceweight shawl in a weekend. Hopefully it will be done by Christmas.

Now I know what a Clapotis is AND calorimetry and want to make both! Good luck finishing on time! I haven't been able to decide on anything for my in-laws yet.
